Booking Policy – The Beauty Centre

All appointments at The Beauty Centre require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Where more than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the deposit will be transferred to a future appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will result in the loss of the deposit if the appointment cannot be filled.

Deposits are non-refundable and are not returned to the original payment method. Card details are not stored. Deposits are securely held under the client’s name and transferred in accordance with this policy.

Exceptions may be considered for genuine illness or emergencies at the discretion of The Beauty Centre.
