- Bookings: We use your personal data to complete and administer your booking.

- If you haven't finalised a booking, we may email you a reminder to continue with your booking. We believe this additional service is useful to you because it allows you to carry on with a booking without having to re-enter all the booking details from scratch.

Performance of a Contract

If you make an appointment for a treatment, consultation or other service, we will use the details that you give to provide that treatment, consultation or other service to you. This information is likely to include your name, contact details, payment details, information about any specific skin conditions and any additional information we may need to help meet your specific requirements.

If you purchase products through our online shop, we will use the details that you give, including payment details to fulfil your order.

If you do not provide us with the information set out in this policy, then we may not be able to provide the treatment, consultation or other service, and we are unlikely to be able to fulfil any online order for products.

Why do we hold information about you?

Our lawful basis for holding this information is one of contract and we need basic information about you for invoicing and providing the services or products you have asked for, so that the can be referred to at a later date if we need to contact you about your booking, treatment, consultation or online order. 

 

How do we store this information?

Details of your purchase, booking, consultation or treatment may be stored on a secure web server, which is located in the UK, full details are available on request. Your personal details are also held in our local computer database and on paper records kept securely in our office. When you make an online order for products, Ludlow Beauty Centre does not see, and does not keep, your debit and credit card details. 

Who do we share this information with?

We have never shared any personal details for sales or marketing purposes to a third party and will never do so. 

Do we sell your information to third parties?

We have never sold any personal details to a third party and have no intention of doing so. 

How long will we hold your information for?

We have a system of retention periods in place to ensure that your information is only stored whilst it is required for the relevant purposes or to meet legal requirements. Where your information is no longer required, we will ensure it is disposed of or deleted in a secure manner.
