Performance of a Contract

If you make an appointment for a treatment, consultation or other service, we will use the details that you give to provide that treatment, consultation or other service to you. If you purchase products through our online shop, we will use the details that you give, including payment details to fulfil your order.

If you do not provide us with the information set out in this policy, then we may not be able to provide the treatment, consultation or other service, and we are unlikely to be able to fulfil any online order for products.

Our lawful basis for holding this information is one of contract and we need basic information about you for invoicing and providing the services or products you have asked for, so that the can be referred to at a later date if we need to contact you about your booking, treatment, consultation or online order.

Details of your purchase, booking, consultation or treatment may be stored on a secure web server, which is located in the UK, full details are available on request. Your personal details are also held in our local computer database and on paper records kept securely in our office. When you make an online order for products, Ludlow Beauty Centre does not see, and does not keep, your debit and credit card details.

We have never shared any personal details for sales or marketing purposes to a third party and will never do so.

We have never sold any personal details to a third party and have no intention of doing so.
